World Chinese Recitation Competition

第7届全球华语朗诵大赛


01参赛对象

在海外出生或定居的3岁至18岁华裔青少年(在华校就读的非华裔青少年亦可报名参赛)。


02参赛组别

本赛区设置5个组别:

幼儿组:3-6岁(2017.8.1至2021.7.31期间出生)

少儿组:7-10岁(2013.8.1至2017.7.31期间出生)

少年组:11-15岁(2008.8.1至2013.7.31期间出生)

青少组:16-18岁(2005.8.1至2008.7.31期间出生)

亲子组:无年龄限制,家庭成员一起朗诵。仅参加本赛区比赛,不参加全球总决赛。

【除幼儿组外,其他3个个人组别的参赛选手截至比赛启动时,须在海外连续居住满3年以上。】

03参赛步骤

即日起,协办华校的学生们直接联系所在华校报名。

非华校学生可联系所在城市的协办华校报名,也可以填写下方个人报名表格。

即日起报名至4月25日止。

4月30日参赛视频提交完毕。

5月3日-12日评选出本赛区获奖选手名单和参加全球总决赛选手名单。

5月19日-6月9日全球总决赛。

6月优秀作品展示,公布获奖名单,发放获奖证书、奖杯、奖金等。


04作品选择

选手可选诵中外文学艺术作品(内容健康向上的诗歌、散文、故事、小说片段等),或自创作品,避免涉及易引发争议的敏感话题。

朗诵线上培训:报名的同学可以联系协办华校索要VIP口令密码,登录 “云上华文 “平台全球华语朗诵大赛专属页面,免费享受系列配套学习资源,以及针对学生朗诵水平分级培训课程,更精准地对参赛选手进行朗诵辅导,同时新增了针对各承办机构辅导教师的培训课程。


05语言要求

为突出华裔青少年身份特征,选手在朗诵中可少量使用住在国官方语言(不超过作品总时长10%),并在其后以中文译文诵读;

选手可部分使用在中国有较大影响力的方言(不超过作品总时长20%),如粤语、闽南语、潮州话、客家话、福州话、温州话、青田话等南方语系方言,并在其后将方言内容以汉语普通话诵读。


06背景音乐

选手自主决定朗诵过程是否播放背景音乐,如播放背景音乐,仅可选用纯旋律音乐。


07视频拍摄要求

作品视频须一镜到底,横屏拍摄,MP4格式

幼儿组整体作品时长不短于60秒,其余组别作品时长不短于90秒。

视频文件名以【作品名称】+【选手姓名】+【参赛组别】命名。


08奖项设置

本赛区奖项设置

各组别一等奖1名:奖金各80欧、奖杯、证书;

各组别二等奖2名:奖金各50欧、奖杯、证书;

各组别三等奖3名:奖金各20欧、奖杯、证书;

各组别优秀奖各15名:奖牌、证书。


The 7th International Chinese Recitation Competition is now open for entries!

Organized by the Chinese Education Foundation and co-organized by the Chinese Education Alliance of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, the French competition of the International Chinese Recitation Contest is underway!

01 Participants

Young Chinese-descendants aged 3 to 18 born or living abroad (non-Chinese-descendants attending Sino-foreign schools can also apply).

02 Categories

The competition comprises 5 categories:

Toddler group: 3-6 years (born between August 1, 2017 and July 31, 2021)

Children’s group: 7-10 years (born between August 1, 2013 and July 31, 2017)

Youth group: 11-15 years (born between August 1, 2008 and July 31, 2013)

Teenage group: 16-18 years (born between August 1, 2005 and July 31, 2008)

Family group: no age limit, where family members recite together. Participation only in the regional competition, no participation in the world final.

[With the exception of the toddler group, participants in the other three categories must have resided abroad for at least 3 consecutive years at the competition start date].

03 Participation Stages

Students from co-organizing schools should contact their school directly to register.

Students not attending a Sino-foreign school can contact their local Sino-foreign school to register, or fill in the individual registration form below.

Registration is open from today until April 25.

Submission of performance videos on April 30.

Announcement of regional winners and participants in the world final from May 3 to 12.

World final from May 19 to June 9.

Exhibition of outstanding works in June, announcement of winners, presentation of certificates, trophies, prizes, etc.

04 Selection of works

Participants can recite Chinese and foreign literary artistic works (such as poems, essays, stories, novel excerpts, etc.) or creative works, avoiding controversial subjects.

We recommend consulting longmen.com’s reading resources for graded recitation of articles in Chinese. Please contact the teachers of the co-organizing schools for information.

Online recitation training: Registered students can contact the co-organizing school to obtain a VIP password, log on to the exclusive International Chinese Recitation Competition page on the “Cloud Chinese” platform, enjoy free additional learning resources and graduated recitation training courses for students, receive more precise recitation coaching, and benefit from new training courses for teachers from the organizing institutions.

05 Language requirements

To highlight the participants’ Chinese-descendant identity, they may use a small amount of the official language of their country of residence (not exceeding 10% of the total duration of the work) during their recitation, followed by its translation into Chinese.

Participants may also partially use dialects from the South China region that have a strong influence (not exceeding 20% of the total length of the work), such as Cantonese, Minnan, Teochew, Hakka, Fuzhou, Wenzhou, Qingtianhua, etc., and then translate them into standard Chinese Mandarin.

06 Background music

Participants decide for themselves whether they wish to use background music during their recitation. In this case, only purely melodic music can be chosen.

07 Video shooting requirements

Videos of the works must be filmed in a single take, in landscape mode, in MP4 format.

The total performance time of the toddler group must not be less than 60 seconds, while that of the other groups must not be less than 90 seconds.

The video file name must be [Nom de l’Œuvre] + [Nom du Participant] + [Catégorie de Participation].

08 Awards

The prizes awarded in our competition zone are as follows:

1st prize in each category: €80, trophy, certificate ;

2nd prize in each category: €50, trophy, certificate ;

3rd prize in each category: €20, trophy, certificate ;

15 awards for excellence in each category: medal, certificate.
