2nd edition – Friends of the Dragon 2024

Objective

Stimulate children’s imagination and robotic skills while fostering collaboration and teamwork.

Goal

Encourage children to design, build and program robots using LEGO EDUCATION WEDO 2.0, while exploring the ‘Friends of the Dragon 2024’ theme.

Competition procedure

Participants

The competition is open to children aged 6 to 12, in teams of 2 or 3 members.

Robot construction

Teams will be tasked with building a creative and functional robot that meets the specific challenges of the theme. They will use LEGO EDUCATION WEDO 2.0 and work together to design their creation.

Final

The final of the competition will be held on June 19 in Annecy. Teams will present their robots to a panel of judges, who will assess the creativity, functionality and originality of each creation.
