Social Emotion Workshop:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introduction:<\/strong> The Emotions Workshop is designed to help children aged 3 to 12 understand, recognize, and manage their emotions in a healthy and constructive way. Over a period of 30 one-hour sessions, this workshop provides a safe space where children can explore a wide range of emotions and acquire important skills in emotional intelligence.<\/p>\n

Content:<\/strong> Each session of the Emotions Workshop will focus on a specific emotion, such as joy, anger, sadness, fear, etc. Children will participate in interactive discussions about these emotions, sharing their own experiences and listening to others’. Artistic and playful activities will also be included to allow children to express their emotions creatively. For example, they may create drawings, collages, or even sculptures representing how they feel.<\/p>\n

Role-playing will also play an important role in this workshop. Children will have the opportunity to simulate different situations where they might feel these emotions, helping them develop their ability to recognize and manage their emotional reactions. Additionally, relaxation and breathing exercises will be integrated to help children calm their minds and bodies when they feel overwhelmed by their emotions.<\/p>\n
