Kids Gym for Children (Ages 3-12)
Join us for an energetic adventure filled with movement and fun with our Kids Gym program specially designed for children aged 3 to 12 years old! Our Kids Gym classes offer a dynamic combination of playful activities and games to develop coordination, strength, flexibility, and the joy of movement.
Course Content:
- Fun Warm-up Running games, jumps, and movements to increase heart rate and prepare muscles for physical activity.
- Obstacle Course Creative obstacle courses including tunnels, ladders, ramps, jump ropes, and more to stimulate gross motor skills and agility.
- Strength and Flexibility Exercises Age-appropriate and simple exercises to strengthen muscles and improve flexibility, including squats, lunges, modified push-ups, and stretches.
- Cooperative Games Group games promoting cooperation, communication, and teamwork, such as relay races, balance games, and coordination activities.
- Cool Down and Relaxation Relaxation sequence to help children unwind after exertion, including deep breathing and gentle stretches.
Our Kids Gym classes are led by qualified and passionate instructors who ensure that every child feels supported, encouraged, and motivated to explore their physical potential while having fun.
